again sis, PNP could have directed or requested a media black-out, or the DILG could have right? delegation sis delegation But, of course I understand all the clamour, the PResident could have done so ..

Mao jud saon ta mn na imng Pnoy wa mn initiative para mbuhat ana. well within sa iya powers to call for superior forces, a news blackout, and bsan mn lng 2bag sa tawag sa tga HK.

Ang justification pa jd sa imo older version na bb Josh na mas arang2x lng ni kaysa na htabo sa Russia. Mangamong pa lagi ug laing nasod cge lng pasa pasa blame.

Ka swerte gud sa tanan hostage taker ku ng kada hostage nila ang President mismo ang mkig negotiate nila ..Let's remember, we have the Mayors, PNP, DILG etc ..
ok ra na man ng delegation... that is why naa lain mga officials, that is what they are for. but any leader in their right mind who takes consequences into consideration would have done everything in his power to resolve the issue. instead, he disappeared. did not even have the courtesy to answer the leaders from hongkong. add to that the attitude he displayed after the tragedy... what does that tell you?

i wonder if he realize that this is not merely a domestic disaster but an international fiasco that would cut ties between nations and cause so much pain and humiliation especially for the filipinos who are working in hongkong... hayy naku... incompetent to the highest level
