it's very sad to see people blaming the president. it's a trait why the Philippines never prosper. if we could respond constructively, it might be more helpful.

and also, if people understand the true meaning of delegation, then there's no need to blame the president.

frankly i dont see why not.

he is the president for crying out loud! he should have the balls to at least own up to it to the people of hongkong and not put his country to shame. never mind how the situation was handled... ok lets give him the free pass "because he doesn't have any control over mendoza" but he sure as hell have control over his words and how he behaves. smiling and acting as if nothing happened is very unbecoming for somebody his stature.

a tragedy just happened, involving foreigns at that. the gravity of it all... its a shame not only for people in this country but especially for the filipino workers abroad. especially those in hongkong! can you imagine how it would feel like being in their shoes right now? filipinos working abroad (especially the DH and those working blue collar jobs) are already looked down upon...they certainly don't need another reason to be spited and humiliated. and they definitely dont need a president who would inflict that kind of humiliation on them!

the hell with those who says the president should not be blamed! he is president, he have all the powers to intervene but he didnt even try. being the president makes him accountable. HE IS THE PRESIDENT SO HE IS ACCOUNTABLE!

we pay our taxes and we certainly have the right to demand and rant about how incompetent noynoy is. he is nothing but a lousy excuse for a president.

Mao continuous ilang training bro, to overcome human's natural instincts and fear! Mao nang, ang mga Special Ops unit nila, whole year round ga-training that would include psychological, physical, emotional and most of all, their tactical & combat skills.

Ang sa atoa gud, whole year round ga banjing2x... Mao nang kon tawgon na in the line of duty, di na kapreparar... Ang utok, galatagaw na, ang huna-huna, napuno na sa kahadlok...

Here are some of my opinions ngano grabhe ka lousy.
* Kulang sa sweldo atong kapulisan (No one gives a damn thing if magdawat lang kag sweldo nga 10k+ a month)
* Insufficient Training in Urban Warfare/Counter Terrorism
* Lack of Equipment

Kung tan-awon nimo ang footages, wa jud kay makita ni isa sa assault team nga nagdala ug radio comm. So my question is, how do they able to synchronize their move? By shouting?
