Lets say the US president gave the order to rescue this girl, lets say he gave the GO signal for this operation, same with the situation yesterday, Pnoy gave the GO signal for the assault. But keep in mind, the EXECUTOR of the ORDER was NAVY SEALS as in NAVY SEALS (the best of the best on what they do)!! which wala naka tunga ang atong SWAT in terms of training and equipment! I guess the SWAT Team who responded yesterday was the BEST of what we got, which you can see na poorly equiped and poorly trained.

Pnoy can only do is watch, listen to tactical commanders in the field and in the office, then maybe Pnoy gave the order for the assault, but when the assault order was given, the SWAT Team now has the responsibility of the situation, if our SWAT Team was PROPERLY Equipped, PROPERLY Trained for sure the assault will be successful.
