last week gi check sa ako migo ang spark plug pra mkuha nmo ang number pra ilisan ug new, nashock lng me ngano naligo sa OIL ang spark plug,,wla mn daw na nahitabo sa iya car.......

what's the reason mn ngano naligo mn ang SPARK PLUG sa OIL sa engine??normal ba ni or abnormal?? naa lng ba ta ani ajason or ilisan

need ur help guys kad2ng sweto or mekaniko dha tanx...^__^

murag pareha lagi ni sa akong auto before... dont know lng... wait ko sa mga reply sa uban ppol

There is an O-ring that seals the spark plug well and keeps oil from leaking into it. wear and tear mo leak jud madugay.. Sometimes tightening the valve cover bolts will stop the leakage, but more often than not the valve cover gasket, and well seals, will need to be replaced.

Pwede pud nanobra ug butang ang engine oil.....try to check ur oil guage stick, if sakto ba ang amount sa oil..... Kay naay uban na mag cge butang ug engine oil without draining the old one,thinking murag nagbutang ug gasolina sa tanke na much better if full kaau.....

@organizedchaos yes mao ni gi-ingon sa ako migo bka sa O-ring daw luag cya bka naa lng daw adjason pero maau daw ipa tan-aw ug mekaniko....

Dili na normal bro. Possible guba:
1. Valve Seal
2. Piston Ring, Oil Ring
3. PCV valve
Possible symptoms:
1. excess oil consumption
2. white smoke from tailpipe especially when going uphill

Pa ayo lang ug reputable shop.

IF diesel, a little smoke may not be that bad. If gasoline, specially if your spark plug is wet with engine oil, you need to inspect the cylinder head, valve seals, piston rings, etc. If this is not done, your oil consumption will be high, problem may worsen.
