i'm more into cardio
1.) very light to moderate jogging for about 3-5 minutes
2.) stretch
3.) a little more intense jogging to sprints
4.) shadow boxing (punching combinations)
5.) body weight exercises (push ups and squats)
6.) crunches
7.) stretch
8.) have a good walk
all in all, it would take about an hour. i put just a little time for rest, some 2 minutes maximum after sets. most of the time, my rest after sets is only 4 seconds or a minute, 2 minutes the most. i keep it in mind that i should push myself and won't take it lightly.
