For me, what the TS did was a mistake. You already shared a vow with your husband. If wa ka ganahi sa imo husband, then come clean. Right now you have two options, you risk being blackmailed and come clean or you can go with your ex and commit further mistakes. The choice is yours but you need to weigh the gains, personally i hope you'd take option1.
And guys, lets not condemn this person, she did a mistake, she will be paying for it eventually. So lets give constructive criticism and advice.
To add, personally, I have not been the most loyal BF in the world, but in marriage, that is a different story, because you made that vow to that other person.
