    tsk..tsk.. why man gipa-take pa ka nila sa medical exams kung dili man diay nila i-hire? kawala gud claro diay. nya katong mga nag-wait sa ila training schedule, naka-start na?

    Wa gyuy mga klaro. Lipay na unta ko nga nitawag sila after few months nga na postponed ang training, asking if I'm still available for employment. Niingon si Aldritch nga motawag kuno sila in a week or two for possible schedule na daw pero so far wa pa may tawag. Makaingon gyud ko nga maypagka unprofessional ni sila sa ilang gibuhat namo. First time nako nakasugat ug ingon ani nga kompanya, callcenter pa gyud. Nagpakauwaw ra man ni sila oi.

    u people dont understand the management side of handling and getting clients. Its a dog eats dog world. Gusto mo mag start mo trabaho then matabla cause wala na settle ang agreement sa client?

    Patience is a virtue. Im not connected with that company by the way, I just have my own BPO business so i know how it is.

    kita mga aplicante, before we say something about anything, make sure natan-aw nato ang other side, or at least considered the other side of the process, and it applies to everything else...

    anyways, dont lose hope mga applicants, like they say patience is a virtue, kung wa pa karon, maybe later, apply lng smo sa lain, im sure ang vector d na mudagan...=)

    Wala gyud mi question anang inyong gipanulti about patience and all. Ang amoa lang gusto unta nga buhaton sa management is to be transparent on what is really going on. Just imagine sa ilang gibuhat namo, nitawag-tawag sila asking if we are still available for employment, and they even said that they are going to call us back in a week or two for possible training schedule. Unya, naa bay nitawag? at least man lang update nga wa pa gihapon or whatever status sa mao nga training. Some of us choose to wait kay kapoy na kaayo ug go through sa hiring process kon moapply pa sa uban nga companies. Hinoon choice man ni namo pero naa lang gyud unta'y update. Professional baya ta tanan, so i-treat lang sab unta mi professionally.

    Dili ko mahibulong ani.. kung walay klaro man gale ang recruitment, that would reflect sa management. Apply nalang sa lain.. hulat nalang sa concentrix and IBM m.open diri cebu before the year ends.
