Thanks, I'm planning on raising the water level and adding a waterfall filter to help out with the cleaning and the nitrogen cycle, and add more swimming space for the turtles. More work though, since I have to make an above tank basking area by then.

I'm not really sure, I used online volume calculators and got somewhere around 25 gallons. It's not a really big tank, just 16" high, 14" wide and 24" long. Thanks.

any suggestions on where to buy one? i remember seeing plenty of pet supplies in whitegold. so i guess that's my first stop.

so may i suggest you not to buy a WATER PUMP anymOrE bUT a WATER FILTER instead...
