nope just add more features like play WMA, MP4, DivX, FM, change display to OLED, ability to display landscape, more batt life, cheaper etc..

Yep...."Apple" is an innovator of MP3 portables. Creative just improves & adds features what the Apple brand does not have. And when it comes to sound quality..."Creative" is the brand that stands out.
