    nindot na buhaton bai!

Pwede diay, pero luoy ang employer kay doble na sweldoan, ang programmer og encoder...

    pwede kaayo bai,
case to case na bai, what if naa ka gi trace na bugs sa usa ka dako na systema? then dapat imong simulate ang mga part sa system?

if apike ka sa time, then naa kai budget, why not try na lain imong pa encodon, para ang focus nimo pag analyze lang ug trace sa system?

mura ragud ug software tester.. wla di ai na sila pulos?

    it's called management!

    Do you actually program?

Do you mean to write code on paper then let somebody else type it?

If I wanted to focus on analysis, I would let a junior or fellow programmer do it.

Not an encoder, encoders can't write code, unless naa gyud siya actual skills as programmer, I would call that person a programmer instead.

Properly delegating jobs is part of management.

I truly do not think you are a programmer, if you are I can't figure out how you are staying as one.

Encoders may join testing, by encoding test data into a program created by programmers, that doesn't mean they helped in programming.

Naa ka point, sayop lang imong scenario, makalagot pa gyud because you make it seem that everyone can program.

I tell you not everyone can program!

ako-a lang point brod ang possibility that encoders can type programming language code? Is typing codes programming? No! it's more than that, it involves analysis and logic, problem solving skills, so pwede nako e delegate ang typing of codes ngadto sa encoder. encoders are not machine they are humans too who can think and can be trained.

I tell you we are all programmers! wla lang kbalo ang uban ana, everyday we use programming (e.g. brushing your teeth, taking a bath) peace! and no fighting specially programmers!

If they can actually type programming language code, they are programmers not encoders.

Sa imong scenario bro, ang ako ra gyud mahunahuna-an imong itype ang code og papel unya ihatag og encoder para ilang i-type which is truly a waste of time. The only possibility I can think of when delegating typing code is when you focus on analysis and you let your subordinate programmers do the code typing not encoders. If they know programming then they are programmers not encoders.

Lastly, I appreciate the optimism in your last statement but reality is, gamay ra ang programmers, ang uban encoders, helpdesk, tester, documentations specialist and whatever IT jobs out there.

I really hate it when programmers look down on other people, but I hate it more when programmers are being underestimated making it seem like our job is an easy job for EVERYONE (YIPPEE!!).

Mao maglibog ko kung programmer ba ka, you don't appreciate a programmer with what they are truly worth, nga pwede lang idivide ang trabaho og encoder.

This might end soon, if you admit you are not a programmer, then I would understand your opinion.
