Lasawan ko sa Starbucks. I prefer BOs when it comes to non-coffee drinks.

sorry ha, but i really find it funny looking at those reading notes and books at bo's or starbucks or those with laptops, trying very hard to look serious as if they are studying or working hard, but in truth nagpa-impress ra diay. cge ra diay og pamantay kung naay naka-notice nila.

i've seen "working girls" sitting for several hours at bo's waiting for someone to hit on them. i've seen young men at starbucks acting as if they own the place but only ordered 1 cup of coffee for 1 table. coffee-drinking in cebu is not about enjoying a cup of java. it's about image, image, and image.

bo's and starbucks ayala and bo's BTC are for the younger social-climbing crowd. you know, the type who wants to be seen as "can-afford", but drinks one cup of coffee for 2-3 hrs.

ambot lang sa starbucks or bos ayala. but i disagree sa btc bos kay ako na almost 2nd home dha. coffee freak kaayo mi sa ako migo but wala jud ko ka bantay daghan social climbing crowd dha. mingaw intawn dha na bos and mostly mga oldies mga tao dha. puno na sila in morning kay tungod mga tao nagexcercise and the rest of the so so lang ang crowd. basin naka timing lang ka og social climbing crowd.
