    Actually im also one the leaders (tiny group), & i know whats the difference between what can a leader see & what can a player see.. Ahm,, pano ba?? ganto.. Members/players when weighing things will only look at one point or a smaller scope and then decide
    but leaders or a management team weigh things by looking at every angle, just like looking on a larger screen and see the 4 sides if it really fits in.

    yung baryang tinataas ng sweldo eh kalokohan nga naman talaga
    pero kahit na medyo mataas ang sweldo ng Pinoy eh atleast trabaho kung trabaho sa atin
    di tayo magpapahuli pagdating sa Productivity at Quality of Service ng isang Pinoy
    kaya lang medyo nagiging Tuso ang isang worker ay dahil sa napakababa niyang sweldo eh sa taas ng Bilihin eh mapipilitan siyang magsideline yung iba syempre legit ang sideline yung iba naman eh alam na

    masama din na masyado mataas ang bilihin at mababa ang sahod since ang magiging mentalidad ng tao ay itago ang pera niya at gastusin lang pag kailangang kailangan na talaga so hindi iikot ang pera mas masama ito sa economy natin dahil walang perang nalabas so dapat proportion ang sweldo ni juan sa presyo ng bilihin na si uncle sam ang nagdidictate, pero dahil malabo to incentives/benefits ay pwede na panakip butas para less gastusin sa isip at bulsa ni juan
