    mao pud na akong problema pud, last year pa gne ko nanganak pro wla pa jud nibalik sa original. mura laylay jud cya. dli mada if dli mukaon sad gud. take ko anang mga slimming tea and pills pro wla man effect, hehehe.

    life style change? slow but sure. (proper) exercise regularly and proper diet. side effect? healthier and slimmer you.

    pa vicky bello lang sis,e stretch na emo loose skin. wala kaayo ko kahebaw sa procedure pero just try to ask them

    Loose Skin will tighten over time, if bag-o lang ka nanganak (think pila lang ka months) then ok pana siya. Also I wonder nganung mag-sakit lang gihapon ang imong g-C/S? Bag-uhay pa guro ka nanganak?

    Other tips to help skin retighten:

    1. The fastest way is to get surgery, medyo mahal + invasive procedure.
    2. Pwede sad ka mu-gain og muscle gamay around your tummy area, nya I don't mean just your ABS, ask a friend who knows (or pwede sad mag-google) about exercises that target the internal & external obliques.
    3. In addition to exercise, good skin health is necessary: Take sufficient Vitamin E, never be dehydrated & remember to get some sun on your belly area (avoid sobra nga exposure sa sun between 10AM - 4PM.)
    4. Remember, time heals most things, so in the mean time tago2 lang sa na...hehe

    PS. Kung wa ko masayup, Yoga has great toning capability for the abdominal muscles (kato ako gi-mention earlier nga internal og external obliques) if you can, try that pud.
