One thing you can hand to the British is their practicality and common sense. OT ni pero kung moapply ka didto any business permit, TIN, driver license, passport it only takes one day at most, usually same day service.

There are employees who thinks that there are still company owners who are concerned about what their employees can get (not all). Again what I'm saying is that management will think of themselves FIRST before giving away to employees. I did NOT say that management ONLY wants money & does not give to their employees. Your the one who said that instead.

What's the basic or primary purpose of building a business, its to have, income, money.

we're getting kinda personal here so i'll put a stop this by saying: it doesn't matter who said that particular statement because I can only infer from what you are obviously implying. Makit-an man sa imong mga tubag bro. Maybe you're too proud to admit something that i've said about your beliefs. The point is, you have your way of viewing management, I have my way of viewing both management and labor side. So your constant declaration that management will always think of themselves first before giving away to employees is highly erroneous because that means management is only looking at one angle/issue of the entire business process. You still don't get it that management has a MYRIAD, meaning DAGHAN, of issues to consider when making major decisions.

ensuring that the company will continue to operate means having money for itself to be sustained. Don't confuse company with management. management are the heads. they are not always the stakeholders or stockholders of the company. I can be a manager but not a stakeholder/stockholder of the company. sinweldoan ko. no profit sharing. Don't generalize too much. Management wants to keep the company alive because if it dies, so do the chances of the employees wanting to be continually employed by said company. Not to hit below the belt, but it seems like you are merely comprehending my arguments skin deep. You have not fully comprehended the meaning of these statements otherwise your responses would be different and we wouldn't be running around in circles. Honestly, kapila nako nag balik2x sa akong mga points of discussion.

OT: @ guyofyourdreams: are you currently being abused by your employer by being paid such a low wage? I would think that a minimum wager would not have the luxury of going to an internet cafe everyday. Yes when you're a minimum wager, if it cannot be fitted into your budget, then it is considered a luxury.
