No, it's because they(employees) have the tendency to refuse to see the bigger picture and have it already engraved in their heads that management only wants money and doesn't give a hoot about their employees.

we're getting kinda personal here so i'll put a stop this by saying: it doesn't matter who said that particular statement because I can only infer from what you are obviously implying. The point is, you have your way of viewing management, I have my way of viewing both management and labor side. ensuring that the company will continue to operate means having money for itself to be sustained. Don't confuse company with management. management are the heads. they are not always the stakeholders or stockholders of the company. I can be a manager but not a stakeholder/stockholder of the company. sinweldoan ko. no profit sharing. Don't generalize too much. Management wants to keep the company alive because if it dies, so do the chances of the employees wanting to be continually employed by said company. Not to hit below the belt, but it seems like you are merely comprehending my arguments skin deep. OT: @ guyofyourdreams: are you currently being abused by your employer by being paid such a low wage? I would think that a minimum wager would not have the luxury of going to an internet cafe everyday. Yes when you're a minimum wager, if it cannot be fitted into your budget,then it is considered a luxury.
