bitaw but sad to say daghan kaayo mga irresponsible owners labi na sa mga aspin with due respect sa mga tarung ha.. bisan libre na sa governo dili lang gyapon makadala sa ila mga dogs para vaccine..pasagdahan ra sa dalan..

kuwang man sad jud ang action sa government re: the problem, dili mana nila priority gud, mas functional pa gani nang mga independent organizations, mas dedicated pa sila sa ilang missions.
