kung mag on kaw sa imong unit, dli cya problemado? nagka problem ko ingon ani before..akoa lng kay inig power on ug inig shut down...kaduha ko mag shut down kay mu restart, and kaduha sad ko mag pislit sa power if mugamit ko...turns out it was a bad PSU

windows XP ni sir? old hardware? ACPI turned-on sa BIOS? im thinking AMI ang bios ani? load optimal defaults daw sa bios sir.
clean OS ni sir? dili nang mga modified na installers?
try daw updating all your drivers sir, including chipset/sound/lancard/etc etc etc on a clean OS install

bro maybe you installed the instant boot feature sa board? if yes try disabling it this will solve the problem.

tangtanga lang imo board bro.anha ibutang sa lamesa...paandara nga walay casing.basin shorted na sa imoha casing...usba ug assemble and put insulators kada screw una ilatag imo mobo..

yup.. suggest palutawon with as minimal hardware attached jst enough to boot OS and troubleshoot it again... meaning no dedicated videocard-use onboard, no other hdd or cdrom aside from boot hard disk..
bios ani is set to defaults na dba?
also if u have, try booting with Linux LiveCD
