Hi,

I am currently on a search for a place for a foreign national to reside on, will be arriving the next month and will be willing to pay for 1 year worth of the rent

He is willing to pay 5,000 to 15,000 pesos a month for a place.

His specifications are:

* Cebu city area only
* Must have easy access to public transportation or parking space availability
* At least 1 bedroom (Studio and loft are also considered)
* Kitchen
* T&B
* Living room
* Laundry area (In room or common area, Optional)
* Semi Furnished or Furnished
* In a secured area
* Provision for Cable TV
* Provision for Telephone
* Provision for Internet connection

Should you have suggestions please post them. Please specify the room dimensions specially and if you please convert it to square foot too it will be appreciated.

Are there pictures of how the apartment inside looks like? and maybe the plan for the room so that I'll have a rough idea of the place?
