doesn't matter man guro if lukewarm or cold. drinking cold water burns 1 calorie lang IF usa ka dako nga aqarium kadaghan imo imnon.hahahha maypag mag dagan2x nalang diay ka.)
water ra gyud ang solution sakto gyud ang TS, ive been drinking cold water, and doing exercise, heavy crunches and jogging.
my sunday exercise routine
15 minutes jogging every
200 reps crunches every 15 minutes for 1 hour
first time nako na read looks funny hehe pero akong gi try, effective kaayu![]()

ang maka pa gamay ra gyud nimu inung disciplina sa kaugalingon mao ra gyud na...
try ni nko nga style kay as in bigatin jud kau ko!!! wahhhhh!!!!
