These two generations know the meaning of hard work and are not averse to such. furthermore, these are the generations who are able to assess that their pay is commensurate to their workload/job description. My point being they do not demand more than what is appropriate. they know how to SACRIFICE.

SOME of today's generation are so focused on the money that they will almost stop at nothing to get what they want.

lugi ra ang company in terms of time, but not in terms of money. It's not like the cost of training is considerable against the cost of compensating an employee very high in order to keep him/her in the company. Furthermore, I think management has a VERY good idea of the market and what is commensurate or not in relation to work load/job description. They would not attempt to engage in business if they didn't know how to handle their employees. They know of ways to augment a person's salary thru special bonuses and such. They KNOW how to treat their employees right. they are given guidelines and such. otherwise, patay na na sila sa NLRC ug DOLE.
i dont think that a 300/day as a minimum salary is a big loss to them. They just dont want to lessen their income that's why they want it as low as possible. That will be just enough just to be fair with their employees.
Bsan cgro e declare pa sa government nga P5.00/day ang minimum wage, puerteng suguta sad sa mga company, lipay pa. heheh..

kinsa man ng agency na modeduct sa imo sweldo? bawal man na. di man sila dapat modeduct, ug di sila pwede mohatag ug below minimum wage. ireklamo. pero so far, wa man koy nailhan na under agency below minimum wage ang sweldo.

I would not attempt to think of extreme thoughts like "exploitation", but all in all this is what was amicable to both parties involved. It's always a two way street. Employers provide the machinery for employment, employees are the driving force to make the machine operate. employers properly compensate employees according to their salary level.

The best gyud tingale ana, there should be a thorough study sa needs sa employee, how much gyud nga salary nga maka-sustain niya within a certain comfort zone, then mao gyud unta e-follow. I believe nga both parties will not survive without each other, if we would speak about mutual agreement kinahanglan both parties satisfied gyud unta. Naa man guy uban nag ganahan mo-tukod ug business kay less ang labor cost for me exploitation na siya.
