    Yes I guess they will, but requires a lot of changes and further developments, most of their people are very dedicated to their nation, perhaps they will succeed.....IMO

    Economically China is powerful but even Chinese military analyst admit that although they are numerous, their military technology is "1960's" compared to the US or other European military.

    Economically, yes, the (People's Republic of) China is rising up fast (even Vietnam, both oddly being Communist/Socialist states, even though they aren't the same hardcore "Maoists" anymore).

    But in terms of military, it isn't really as advanced as the America's. Over the years, military technology has been one of America's strongholds. China is currently focusing on things other than the military. For example, they're setting up universities for future workers for that car they're making. They're more into the economic aspects as of now.

    The CPC has been under severe criticism by commies under the influence of "the great helmsman" for not being true to the traditional CPC principles.

    But it's really to early to say. Kay ang Russia pud raba, usahay, kadudahan ilang lihuk.
