Young tallo recently studying in Cebu Eastern College. Fourth year high school.

Young tallo was been called for the rp youth u-18, but his parent didn't allow him to go to manila due of the child's education. It will be very complicated to the studies because training of the rp team was outside philippines. and RP youth couldnt give any guarantee that the player will be exempted in the school. Coach Al Solis was the one who gave the message to the parent that Young Tallo was called for the RP youth u-18.
