oh! a perfect forum that im looking for! can someone here give me a workout program to build up muscles and also what to eat? im 5'8 tall/short(HAHAHA) and i weigh around 130lbs and kinda thin from what people r sayin.. i enrolled for a 1 month gym in metrosports and have no idea if what im doing is right or not.. lol! thanks2x!
