    @Rioko i believe that is not what he meant. Obviously when you are very muscular na it would be really hard to take in enough protein. Again, if you can buy whey protein you ofcourse can buy chicken breasts in the supermarket. If you think kapoi grill or boil anang manoka then the healthiest option would be canned tuna in WATER. yes WATER!

    Haha damn I don't like to think I'm on a diet. I prefer to say eating right. There's no reason to diet like a girl even if you wanna lose weight. For us guys we should call it proper eating. You still eat a lot but eat the right stuff. When I wanna lose weight I stop eating rice. But I leave one or two days per week where I can eat as much as I want. It's worked really well for me. So yeah, just don't call or treat it as a diet or anything like that because we guys are different from girls and our mind will resist starvation mode at all cost hehehe... and if you think about the dinosaur age if we are hunting and starved we're not gonna be able to kill anything so yeah it makes sense.

    Hi bro TS! My height is 6'1 and weighing 91 kg, am I underweight? And how to achieve good abs I mean those proportion cuts that looks amazing with the chest? I'm doing diet (not regularly ) and been on gym for 2 years on&off.

    bad news guys i think im overtrained. hilantanon ko krn.tsk tsk tsk
    exercise ko 2 days straight monday and tuesday ky i was not able to exercise pagweekend tungod sa mga commitments. any advice?

    You're not overtrained. Maybe you just got sick. Training 2 days straight won't do it. But training 7 days a week for 6 weeks.. well yea
