been giving my shih tzu vitality value meal.. he's got hotspots and the vet said that he maybe allergic to the dog food. he's dog food shud be low in protein. so switched him to vitality. but he's not eating it..he's barely touching his food. any low protein dog food that you guys could recommend for my shih tzu? he's got allergies/hotspots all over him and got wounds all over his body from scratching it all the time.. IMO,

good dogfoods = 1st...decent meat content and first ingredient is meat,second....grain-free (could be "not grain-free" but high quality grain),3rd....not too high in protein.(not to high cos magkasakit sa kidney ang dog)

bad doogfoods = first ingredient is corn,cereals or low quality cereals and high protein content dog food.cheap ni nga dogfood kay low ang sustansya.makita man sa likod sa pack sa dogfood ang ingredients.daghan kaaung brand nga bad dogfood but offensive lang kaau if panganlan nako.

anyway,im feeding my dogs with orijen,sometimes switching to acana if pul-an na sa orijen then acana e mix nako ug nature select chicken,rice and lamb.but orijen unta maayo but medjo pricey.

mine is on beef pro puppy since monday, ang only dog food na ganahan niya kan-on. i think he weighs better now. will know tomorrow for sure kay iya sched sa vet.

depende. ang ako dog dog food man kinaon. beef pro ug lamb pro. ato sunday nahutdan me. nipalit meg pedigree nalang sa kay layo ang palitanan ug lamb pro. for the meantime lang. gisnub jud niya tawn.

so far ok raman ako puppy na GSD with dogfoods, sa owner ky breeders choice ang food, he eats well, pag palit namo i changed to beefpro..he eats well japun..way blema buyag as far as food is concerned.. i just made a strict advise sa mga katabang not to feed it with table foods no matter how small, not even bread..

supplemented hinoun xa with vit. b complex..basin mao sad ganado kaau mo kaon..
