i know they will not use it against us, unless if the US will use the clack and subic as lunching pad to attack the North.. but the Taepodong-1 can be defeated by the Patriot Missile, the problem is the Taepodong-2 is a long range ICBM, Patriot cant shot it down, the missile shield of US is still under development which has the capability of shooting down ICBM.
