Need help.. I'm helping a guy friend throw a SURPRISE Birthday party sa girl na love nya.. =) (sweet noh?)

he's from Manila, so wala xa idea on anything here sa Cebu..and Im running out of ideas and venues in mind since dugay na ko wala ka-suroy2 ug dining places dri...

Date: 22 July 2010 (dinner party)
Estimated Guests: around 25-30 max

Menu: Filipino or Western
Don't really have a budget in mind.. but we prefer kanang place na dli pud formal.. thanks guys!
