samsung ni imong dvd-rom o LG? usually ang prob ana either sa ODD or the CD... try to run some test with your hardware...

very simple issue sir

search sa google DELETE UPPER AND LOWER FILTERS

follow the instructions how to edit the registry

restart computer and that would resolve everything

i remove na dha sa device manager ang imo cdroms, and also remove na imo virtual drive then restart

Problem solved! .. tsk tsk .. g uninstall ra nako ang virtual drive.. ka boang.. DONE!
