    I think superstars doesn't necessarily mean they're on the same level.
    Definitely D. Williams is not on the same level with Lebron. Brandon Roy for me is a superstar but not like LeBron. If you know what I mean.

    For me superstars are players that dominate's the game and there position, and make's there teammates better:
    Center: Dwight Howard
    Power Forward:Bosh/Garnett/Amare
    Small Forward: Lebron/Durant/Anthony
    Guard: Wade/Kobe
    Point Guard: CP3/Nash/Rose(upcoming superstar)

    It's not about charisma its what he did for your his team, actually he is a superstar in his prime but know he's an all star...
