haven't been to either place.. but i can vouch (based on my friends feedback) that bantayan is indeed more preferable than boracay. that is if your cost conscious!

anybody who can suggest an itinerary for a weekend vacation in bantayan? i'm bringing a number of friends there sometime this august.

will be taking the last hagnaya boat for sta. fe (saturday).
will hit the sta fe beaches but stay at bantayan proper.
will leave bantayan island on the last sta.fe boat on monday. that's at 2pm, right?


suggest mo an itinerary beh. where to go? where to eat? all i could think of are the beaches... any other place to visit there? at what time is it best to visit that particular place, etc...

will really appreciate your suggestion.

Visit Richmond Resort. Get plenty of wasay-wasay for your seafood salad. Bantayan full lechon is very delicious --- very similar to spring chicken in texture. Do not hesitate to get the help of locals.

yes, you are right! bisag asa na beach naay jellyfish!

It just happened that some of our friends had experienced on this at bantayan island.

As far as I knew, white sand can also cure jellyfish poison..

bodiong ang cota beach are some of the nicest resort to stay sa bantayan .. wahhh i miss bantayan ..
