this is a nice paln but not feasible in our setting and with our streets...basig ibutang nako nga magtukod pa sila ug laing kinds of train here, it will just congest the roads more...it still occupies space....another suggestion siguro to relieve traffic congestion is kanang style sa Manila nga naay color coding scheme and kanang plate number nga odd gai di pwede mubyahe ug MWF and so on...then ang trucks naa ray roads pwede agi-an.....

well, with this, wa man gani nasolve ang traffic sa Manila, not sure kung effective sad sa Cebu...
