hmm..I consider this a B&W but I maybe wrong.

I rarely see high-key used on an almost full-body photograph w/ background on it. Gigamit ning hk on headshots (well that's what I know)

imho, it could be mistaken for a over exposed b&w shot taking into consideration the exposure levels of the background.

I second this

a high key photo is one where the image is dominated by high tones with
minimal mid and low tones no matter if it's black and white or colored
