For windows user I suggest you follow this link MultiBootISOs Boots Multiple Operating Systems from a USB Drive

If you already have installed linux on your laptop/desktop then from the software manager install unetbootin.

In all instances you need an .ISO CD image of ubuntu/linux mint or whatever distro you want to install on your USB Flash disk / pen drive.

i mount ang iso ugkuhaa ang vmlinuz, initrd ug image. ibutang sa usb then edit ang grub or lilo para sa parameter.
