i don't think the one in the market is usable as loofah reason being is that the loofah is the MATURE sikwa. kana ba ang fibers eh too hard to be eaten.

i prefer the glove nga mesh-like na nabibili sa cosmetics section.

one thing though...if u keep any of these in the CR and do not dry it out completely under the sun (as much as possible)...bacteria will grow...and that will do more damage.

try this...

3 kutsara ginaling na rice,
2 kutsara ginger (kana salabat ba)
4 kutsara calamansi extract,
5 kutsara powdered milk
2 kutsara sugar
2 kutsara iodized salt
egg beaten
(mix them tanan)

next step... sabuni imo body... tapos don't banlaw muna... i-apply na to mga ka-okrayan nga atong gi mix... hala scrub it baby... tan-awon ta lang if di ba magsinaw imo panit...
