Im thinking about buying memorial lots at around 100k each installment of 2k per month for 3 years.
I plan to buy 5 lots, pay the installment for 3 years and maybe sell it after 5 years. And roll the gains to something else.
Can anyone share their experiences, pros and cons, as well as how to sell the lots in the future? And how do the lots increase in value? Kaya raba ang 20% increase in 5 years?

my parents bought some memorial lots in golden haven and in zamboanga.. i dont know if you put it on sale, it will be sold out quickly..

bought one lot. i'm thinking of buying another one in cash, para naay discount. kung makatigom ko dayon this year. murag nindot ni na investment coz of its location. its in SRP.
