Hello, I am a newbie here..I've watched a tv program last night regarding a labrador owned by a tv camera man. My neighbor is nagging me everyday because of the noise my dog is creating...therfore I would like to donate my pet to the Phil. Coast Guard K9 unit. Please help me take this matter to the aformentioned unit. I am from Novelete, Cavite.
