i don't skip meals... i eat what i want..cakes, pastries, chocolates...ice cream..any food i crave but dili lang jud ang rice...mao to..i lost a lot of wt...
i tried these and it worked for me. i started dieting and exercise in may 1st, this year lang. i used to weight 65kg, now im 51 or 52 kg, depende kung nakakaon. hehe. anyways, this is what i did....exercise jud, at least 3 times a week, jogging and power walking kadtong nag sugod pako. cereals in the morning with green tea. half cup rice with veggies and fish, wala gyuy meat, late afternoon, fruits ra ko. lately, i try to have dinner pero very little, snacks kay fruits or baked nuts or raisins lang. lots of s.e.x. hahaha. honestly, it helps. i gave away 9 pairs of pants and 4 ka pedals kay murag dili na akoa. dramatic gyud akong weight loss. no softdrinks, no cakes, no icecream, no pizza, no burgers, no french fries, kung naa man gani, super gamay lang, tambal sa kasuya. im happier and more confident now. i have a lot of energy and my outlook in life has changed aswell. promise, maka depress ning tambok ta
