Pero kung lazy jud kaayo ka, dinahan ra ka mag sigeg higda, pwede sad mag-isa-isa ka sa imong paa samtang naghigda or nagwatch tv para maexercise imu hawak, pero ayaw lang palabii kay maglisud jud kag lakaw pareha naku.
    Pero kung serious jud kaayo ka, tinuoray jud na exercise, watch what you eat. Ako dili kaayo daghan ako kaunon during dinner kay hinay nman imu metabolism ana bisag mapundo ra sa tiyan mahimong bilbil, pero make sure you eat your breakfast para naa kay kusog tibook adlaw.

    apil ug hiyod hiyod diha sa abellana kada weekend naa may manayaw diha sagul lang bata ,tiguwang, bayot, tomboy heheheheh kana lingaw gyud

    Lisoda mag excercise kung tapulan ang tao.....

    Ang una maka tabang nmo kay imo kaugalingon before makatabang uban.....

    daghan kapilian cardio excercise ang pangutana....willing baka mobuhat....

    there you go. you already said it, nya why bother asking pa jud, naa man daghan schools ana imo gipang litok na sports, why not enroll.

    bro palit nlng treadmill para nig mata nmo dritso nlng ka sa treadmill dili na knahanglan adto layo dn have a balanced diet coz wa jud gamit ang exercise kung magpataka ra ka ug kaon hehehe

    my exbf admitted nga ang iyang pagka tapulan gyud ang reason nganong dili gyud siya mo niwang. karon, super duper obese na gyud siya. i pity him but he wouldnt listen to me.

    kung ganahan kag mahalon pahimo ping pong table... duwa ka ping-pong... or palit kag treadmill nga dili de kuryente, bsan mag walk lang ka 30 mins non stop grabe na ang singot ana...

    try to engage yourself into sports..like table tennis.. mawagtang ang imong katapulan aning klase nga sports kay malingaw man ka...usually ang manuwaay ani nag work sa call center...parehas nimo sendentary lifestyle but not anymore...

    try to visit us at YMCA table tennis room...ang learn the game...

    usually mag duwa mi every day most of the time...from 4pm to 9pm...

    suwayi lang bisag ganahan ka..

    get a partner or someone nga malingaw kag storya2 nya. .adto mo sa abellana pag walking ae !
