City Hall to buy planes?

CEBU City Vice Mayor Joy Augustus Young is interested in three old planes of the Department of Education (Deped), saying City Hall can use these for rescue operations.

" IS THE CITY HALL NOW IN THE BUSINESS OF SEARCH AND RESCUE OR PROVIDING A MUCH NEEDED SOCIAL SERVICES TO ITS PEOPLE?" PUT MY TAX MONEY WHERE PEOPLE NEED IT MOST: HOSPITALS, ROADS, BLUHH , 100X.....AND NOT TO A STUPID IDEA"

BTW: How is it gonna work without spare part available for a 40 yr old plane? Duhhh it's not motorcycle or a car that you could just cannibalize part elsewhere...I wonder how he came up with this stupid proposal in the first place?

Mayor Rama is not yet sold out for this plan so wala pa kaayo klaro ni. mas maayo mo palit cla fire truck, heavy equipments maayo pah.
