    kick boxing. kapoy, yes, but it's fun. mawala ra ang laziness if you're having fun, and doing it together with other people.

    but i woke up from that nightmare

    year 2009 i was 100 kilos
    i joined taekwondo for the sake of loosing weight
    pero ako dyud nang favorite sport
    mao to after a year 88 kilos nako run...dako gihapon pero
    arang2x nalang kay nakuhaan.hehe
    ang nakanindot pa dyud kay daghan na kaau ko ug friends. XD

    unsa man dyuy ganahan na sport nimo or physical activity na maka gana nimo?
    kung makatubag naka ana, then mao nay buhata. Make sure na malingaw ka anang imong buhaton.

    2nd is eat the right foods

    basta mao nato ha.hehe

    (note: akoa lang ning opinion ha.hehe peace lang mga friends)

    kinahanglan gyud usbon emo lifestyle kung gusto ka healthy,kapoy man gyud tanan exercise

    wui sis pareha ta i wanna try the gym but i have to ride pah.. unya in my everyday i work at most 10 hrs a day...

    before ni try ko ug taebo lang sa house... so after work (homebased job ra man ko) mag taebo nko dayon.. hapit na jud unta to one week ata ingon ato akong routine, pero naa man ko project sa akong sideline, so nawala na akong taebo mao to...

    im planning to buy that kana btaw mga murag barbel nga gagmay.. akong mga amigo kuwang nlng cla mo palit taga aha diay ka sis..dungan ta nah...

    biking! hehehe!

    if you can afford a spinner bike, then get one. i prefer that than treadmills, steppers, stairmasters. easier sa knees and back.

    ts, how old are u? sakto ang uban comments diri, u cant exercise or at least love it if u r lazy. ang pag lose weight or maintaining healthy lifestyle would also mean, changing ur lifestyle gyud. kung wala pani nimo ma realize, its really hard to change it. kani rabang overweight ta, sedentary kaau atong lifestyle, perming kapoy ang pamati, perming laay. why would i say this? because i was once in this life for several years. i was in the call center industry for many years, i was already chubby when i joined and i bloated quickly until i reached 65 kilos...i am barely 5ft and i am in my late 30's now. ahehehe. when i broke up with my almost 6 year bf, diri ko nag wonder, although daghan ang reasons, usa gyud adto is ang pagpanambok nako ug maau. although he will never admit to that. instead of being depressed, akong gi shift akong attention sa something possitive. didto ko naka huna2 ug diet and exercise para dili kaau ko mag sige huna2 sa akong broken heart. i started in may lang, this year, and today, i am around 51 or 52 kilos. dili man gyud super diet, infact, last night, perti nakong kaon daghan kan on ug canned nga tuna. ang ako lang gyud secret karon, if i have consumed a lot of food, exercise gyud ko. bahalag ako ra usa, walay kauban or naa, gi commit na gyud nako akong self nga at least 3 times a week naa gyud koy exercise. ga vary lang siya para dili puol. i love to jog or power walk, ga belly dancing pud ko ug aerobics. everyone has noticed the big change including my ex and i can tell nga he wants me back. hahaha. exercising makes me feel good and happy. tungod diay kuno ni sa chemical na ma release sa brain when u exercise. i forgot what it is called. but i am very happy that i have embraced the change gyud. i can show u pics of before and pics of me recently, layo ra gyud kaau. i hope this will help u get motivated
