just wanna know what you think is the best exercise for lazy people - like me.i live a very sedentary lifestyle. i sleep all day and write at night. i tried walking sa abellana before pero daghan tao (medjo samukan ko). naa pa ba kahay hope nga ma healthy ko? hehehe... help guys. kana untang cardio nga lingaw. capoeira or arnis? or a sport nga dili kaayo kapoy? naa bay ana? hahahha... any suggestions?
