    well, to start the ball rolling, one thing you can ask on to your 'torpe' guy.. (just for the sake of knowing him jud).. you can ask him 'What kind or type of girl he likes'? does he like the secretive and silent ones? the burara and kiatan ones? those type of questions.. from there you can already pick some tell tale signs or clues if you match what he is looking for in a girl... if ugaling layo iyang gipangita sa imohang type of personality (physical or personality wise) , then that might be one of the reasons why he is still holding back any kind of feelings from you....

    di nman na kailangan kai they know each other pretty well. mga likes og dislikes. na cover nana na matter. bsta tanan signs na ipakita sa guy kai gnahan jud cya sa girl. ang one thing missing nlng is the move. kanang manguyab. kana nlng jud.

    well then, you can initiate the first move, informed him that there's this guy you like that sa sobra ka torpe nya.. ikaw nalang manguyab sa iyaha.. padungga cya nga sa imong giganahan nga guy.. ganahan ta ka nya pero d man cya mu make ug move.. let him know nga imong gipadungog2x kay siya ra jud na nga guy... ingna pud you are inlove with him, only lang ta if mosulti ug magpakita lang ta cyag move nimo jud.. lastly, ask him an advise by jokingly tell him, unsaon man ni nakong tawhana 'do.. d man jud mag show ug motive or mosulti nako.. look him straight in the eye and wait for his answer.....
