I need some answers on this please.

I got a contract but I don't know if I'm hire already. 1.) How can I know I'm officially hired? 2.) If I got a contract and supposed I'm officially hire, does it reflect on my work history immediately saying job in progress? 3.) The job I got is a fixed rate, do I need to start my time on the team room?

Based on my experience in fixed rate job, it will only reflect on your work history if your employer has paid you. Even using team room to record your activities won't help. Mao nay nakabati if fixed rate job. Unlike sa hourly rate na guaranteed man ang payment so reflect dritso sa imo work history.
Sa imong question #1, I would say you are officially hired already.

Mahigpit competition lalo na siguro ngayon mas madami ng nagsisignup na new members kaya make sure updated lagi profile mo and take a lot of relevant tests. By the way, we are looking for writers. If anyone's interested just pm me
How much is your rate for writers? Its good to know that you already build a reputation at odesk. How I wish but haven't found one yet. still searching for jobs for additional income..

Anah lang. If nagsugod pa ka, ipaubos imu garbo. you know u deserve more and time will come that u will receive what is right for your skills.

I don't even know any of my jobs right now when I am still starting out, except for the basics...
sa pagsugod nimo sa odesk , mora naa man gyod kay feeling of doubt, nga makamao kaha do ani? or ma meet kaha nako ang deadlines ? or masatisfied ba ang contractor sa akong output. Its one of my weakness..but i really wish to earn..if i will apply for although I know more about excel or word for example but you still have to search the sites get the infos and put/input it sa excel. My point is ma learn ra ba nato ang uban nga dili ka familiar ana nga subject? Libog ko sa akong self mora doubtful ko pirme.

upfront payment is "pasiunang bayad"..it lessens the chance na dli ka mbayran ky wlai mai control ang odesk over fixed rate jobs..for example, i applied for a fixed rate job na ang budget kay $20( you can choose how much imo ipa upfront..pwed 10% or 20%..depende ra nmu)..so if 10% ako irequire, bayran ko daan ug $2 sa buyer before ko magstart ug work. kasuway sad ko wla ko nirequire ug upfront kay based sa feedbacks, ok rman ky mbayad on time ang buyer.

about sa mode of payment, pwed nmu iset up daan.kaw ra bhala, on my part ky gset up nko kato nana ko earnings.
