Salary cap circumvention is when a player takes less unya naay side deals. Now if that is the case here naa gyud basis to void the contracts. But kung mo take less lang ang player without any other deals nga kuyug ana, for the sole purpose nga makigkuyug sila that is NOT salary cap circumvention

mao bitaw pasabot anah, unauthorized agreements means agreements outside the allowed contract like endorsement deals nga himuon come-on. Agreement here is a legal term. So what if they planned it? Does it constitute an unauthorized agreement? The Heat, supposedly did not have side agreements with them so its perfectly legal. Again, dili nila sala nganong maayo sila, exceptional even and its sad that some people cant take it when they exercised their options within the sphere of their rights.
