Canopy of Colors

as I snake my way through the usual thicket of people, vehicles, merchandise,
vendors & street merchants and despite of all the ruckus that also makes up one
of the character and bustle of a traditional Filipino street market, one can't fail but notice a
familiar and brightly colored shades of extra large umbrellas that seem to have
sprouted like mushrooms in almost every cranny of space in almost every
alleys & roadside.

I got an elevated vantage point from a parked small pickup vehicle---well enough angled
to get as much color and shape and the impressions of a tightly clustered umbrellas
and its unfussed and busy vegetable & fruit merchants underneath.


less or no time for photoshop----more time in the streets and behind the camera
