hi! i recently owned a red-eared slider. ask lng ta ko kung unsa inyo gipakaon sa inung res?? naa pd ko plan maghimu ug tank na dako2x. pila kaha magasto ana? or mupalit na lng ko himu daan??

I'm thinking of getting some turtles, specifically the green turtles sold in SM's pet shop.. But I have no experience. I just want to ask some questions.

- are the green turtles in SM ok?
- how do you take care of them? do they need a tank/bowl with that oxygen-giving tube thing?
- do they... propagate?

if anyone can answer these questions I'd be really thankful. I've been wanting to buy turtles for a long time already, I'm just not confident enough to raise some yet.

Uhm.. I just called the one near collonade and the guy said they didn't have any RES anymore, and I don't know the location of the one in Banilad. So uh... I might check the one's in SM sometime soon, just want to get opinions from anyone about the RES they have there. I just read some info about the tank size and they have, I believe an overpopulated tank. Or am I wrong? hehe

Anywhere else I can find some RES? Or how about the location of the petshop in Banilad?

Also, another question.. how did you make your basking areas? hehe
