The dragon fruit should be fruiting nine (9) months after planting. The plant should be exposed in full sunlight & you have to manually pollinate the flowers to make sure that it is pollinated & record the date of pollination. Fruit is sweetest if you harvest these after 30-32 days. Those fruits that are sour were harvested before the correct time.
