Cuenco is openly pimping himself in the hopes of getting a post in Noy's gov't. But what happens is that his erstwhile political foe is appointed before him in a juicy post with a directive to basically do as he please comming from the President himself. Tommy and Cuenco did a lot for Noy during the elections but it is Batuhan who gets appointed.

Tom and Cuenco had happier days during GMA's term. Looy na sila karon gipangsnub.

He has zero chance para makuha na niya considering duna nay giappoint dinha. As for being able to head a powerful committee in Congress, his chances are basically the same.
