    If you work shifts, and in particular, night shifts, there is hard evidence that, over a period of time, you are possibly going to increase the chances of developing one or more of the following health problems:

    Diabetes
    Cancer
    High blood pressure
    Heart disease
    Sleeping disorders
    Digestive disorders
    Mood swings
    Depression

    Scientists have discovered that mice subjected to a life on a rotating shift pattern had a lower life expectancy than mice that lived a regular life.
    Shift workers tend to have higher incidences of marital breakdown.
    They also suffer more from disorders associated with the above conditions, such as being overweight...

    ako 2yrs ra ko naga-night shift pero wa jud ko nitambok..basin keLangan pa padugay..haha

    nausab na ako body clock... 2 yrs in the night shift and healthy so far... perfect attendance to work for 2 quarters already... then naa pa jud ko baby on the way, been monitoring my health with my OB, so far ok ra man kaayo ming duha... maglisod na hinuon ko if morning shift...
