I love Apple, their products are amazing. But I hate Steve Jobs' arrogant "take it or leave it" approach. What's even sadder is he can get away with it because any bad feedback on their products doesn't affect their sales. A lot of people still buy them, so Apple never really tries to rectify all the wrongs complained about. (They must be thinking, "Why spend and try to improve when we can save as it is? Let's put the updates and rectifications on the next product.") I really hate that he never directly confronted the "signal-loss" issue and instead looked for other things to pin the blame on. He's always like that on every issue about their products (no Flash on iPhone = Flash sucks, or something to that effect). It's like he can never do no wrong. That's one of the major turn-offs more the smart buyers. Not that Steve Jobs gives a hoot though, LOL.
