    Talking How to Gain Weight Again...


    hello guys, i have tried everything najud just for meh to gain weight then after sometime muh gain sad ko but it takes too long..after ana...muh loose rasad dayon ko ug weight in a week....

    I need your advices on this one...

    pwedi sad ka maggym then whey protein

    kaon og daghan, inom og whey protein every 2 hours...

    nya gymn. vitamin C..

    mutlivaitins... fruits.. ice cream!!!

    It's pretty simple..Never exercise, Eat what you want..the problem only is that you have an incredible metabolism..

    sweetie, naka try naka ug weight gainers? kanang imnon sa mga bodybuilders para sa bulking phase?

    problem lang ana nila is the sugar and the triglycerides.
